New Maavehi portal launched with numerous City Council services

The new 'Maafahi' portal of the Male' City Council has been launched today. Numerous counter services of the Male' City Council, including citizenry and corporate affairs can be accessed through the new digital platform.

The portal was formally inaugurated on 17th July by the Mayor of Male', Dr. Mohamed Muizzu, at the Second Public Consultation of the Male' City Council.

Citizens can register online to avail of MCC services through the new portal. Details can also be found on MCC's official Twitter, YouTube and Facebook accounts. Customers can verify their account both physically or through a video call.

Siyah Khaleel, CEO of the portal's developer, renowned local digital marketing firm Excorp said that new services would be made accessible in the coming days, including a complaints messaging window. Other additions will include a City Guide and a comprehensive City Map.

Additional conveniences are also being considered for inclusion, on the recommendation of Mayor Muizzu. The new portal is a key milestone in the Digital Male' vision of the Male' City Council's Strategic Action Plan.
