The new buggy service for Villimale' will be convenient and affordable, according to the operators Male' City Council.
In their deliberations on the matter at the 91st sitting of the Male' City Council, Deputy Mayor Ahmed Narysh proposed the fees for the buggies. The motion was seconded by the Councilor from Villimale', Nahula Ali.
It was confirmed that buggy use on scheduled routes would be MVR 2 only, but that private hires prices would be fixed based on the buggy's capacity.
4 seater buggy private hire - MVR 6
8 seater buggy private hire - MVR 10
12 seater buggy private hire - MVR 15
Commuters who are under 6 or over 65, as well as those registed with NSPA for diablities can ride free.
