On the occasion of Father's Day, Mayor Adam Azim called on the people of Male' City to recognize and appreciate the sacrifices made by fathers for their families.
In a heartfelt message shared on social media platform X, Mayor Azim emphasized the vital role fathers play in supporting their families alongside mothers. “Fathers work hard with mothers to meet the needs of their children and all members of the family,” he said.
Highlighting the resilience of fathers facing economic and social challenges, Mayor Azim made special mention of hardworking fathers. “Especially today, the brave fathers who are are working hard to provide for their families and earn a living, even without support from the state. I appreciate that they have worked tirelessly and made sacrifices in very difficult circumstances,” he stated.
Mayor Azim also extended his best wishes and congratulations to all the courageous fathers of Male' City on this special day.
